I learned three days ago that instead of being signed up for the Budget Plan as I requested in November, I instead signed up for the Fixed Monthly Price Plan. I have been contacting Xcel frequently regarding this issue and have reached no satisfactory resolution. This will be a log of my attempts to get this situation resolved.

Hello i have been going through the same scams they signed me up for a plan that i never asked for and my bills have doubled i am moving out of monticello thanks to excel im going up north to a coop excel is bad news i live in an apartment and my electricity has been hitting 200 and was 400 for some cleanup bill one month it never ends with them
